Lumio CRM lets an estate agency connect its own Facebook Page so it can publish property listings from inside the CRM. This page explains exactly what we store when that connection is made, and how to have it deleted.
When an agency connects a Facebook Page to Lumio CRM we store:
We do not store your Facebook profile, your friend list, your Page’s followers, or any message or comment content. If your agency has additionally connected a Meta ad account, the details submitted through your lead forms are stored as contact records inside your agency’s CRM.
Email hello@lumiocrm.com from the address associated with your Lumio CRM account, stating the Facebook Page concerned and that you want its connection data deleted. We confirm by reply once the deletion is done, and we respond within 30 days as required under the GDPR.
The same address handles requests to delete your wider Lumio CRM account and the records inside it. Deleting your Lumio CRM account removes any stored Facebook connection along with it.
Deleted records may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 30 days before those backups expire. They are not accessible to the application, are not used for any purpose, and are not restored except in a disaster-recovery event.
